SDJ-3000高速半自動釘箱機（單片式）采用材質，而不易損壞，每分鐘釘速可達1000釘，半自動釘箱機大特點是機頭每次可多下四個單釘，也就是說效率是相對市場上其它有的類似的機器的2倍，而且可以控制機頭每次可以下任意一個、兩個、三個釘。可以實現(xiàn)對紙箱實現(xiàn)單釘、雙釘、加強釘、頭尾釘?shù)牟僮?。釘線一次采用4盤50公斤自動送線，減少了換絲時間。

SDJ-3000高速半自動釘箱機（單片式）功能與特點：

1、雙伺服驅動，精度準確，機械傳動部分減少，可減少機械的故障率。

2、觸摸屏操作，參數(shù)（釘距、釘數(shù)釘種，后擋板）變換方便。

3、整個控制系統(tǒng)采用西門子PLC控制系統(tǒng)。
