BL2400型( 瓦楞紙箱)全自動釘箱機(jī)具有比較*的性能，單釘、雙釘和加強(qiáng)釘可一次性完成。機(jī)器可訂1515×2460mm和300×606mm大小規(guī)格的紙箱，釘距在30-70mm范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)節(jié)，扁絲寬度為2.0mm，厚度0.65mm—0.75mm之間，可訂3—5層瓦楞紙板，以適合不同產(chǎn)品對釘箱質(zhì)量的要求。該機(jī)器具有操作調(diào)整方便之特點(diǎn)，幾乎一分鐘就可以實現(xiàn)釘箱規(guī)格的轉(zhuǎn)換。

全自動釘箱機(jī)與半自動釘箱機(jī)所不同的是：其瓦楞紙板是自動送進(jìn)的，由送紙機(jī)構(gòu)把紙板折疊并送入釘箱部位進(jìn)行釘箱，可大地減輕操作時的勞動強(qiáng)度。而半自動釘箱機(jī)是由人工將紙板折疊并送進(jìn)機(jī)頭釘箱的，操作勞動強(qiáng)度相對比較大。半自動釘箱機(jī)一般是臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，分為單片式和雙片式釘箱機(jī)兩種類型，其中，單片釘箱機(jī)只能限于訂單片成型的紙箱，而雙片式釘箱機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)上比較復(fù)雜，其功能比較，既能夠訂單片紙箱又可以訂兩片成型的紙箱。
