XHM500D-J BOPP Thermal Lamination Film high speed Laminate Machine (Correcting)

主要適用于多種合成紙、珠光膜、肖銀龍、亮銀、PET、PP、卡紙、銅版紙卷筒等材料的覆合。

Minly applicable to for the compounding of various synthetic paper, pearlescent film, silver-eliminating dragon, bright silver, PET, PP, cardboard, copper board and other roll materials.

性能特點(diǎn)：

1、膠滾筒采用進(jìn)口硅膠料，具有在高溫、高壓狀態(tài)下不粘油墨、不粘紙張的特點(diǎn)；

2、自動(dòng)張力控制，覆膜張力隨機(jī)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)；

3、光電自動(dòng)跟蹤糾偏系統(tǒng)，無(wú)觸點(diǎn)接觸壽命長(zhǎng)、可靠性高，糾偏效果更理想；

4、采用油壓裝置為覆膜膠輥提供更大復(fù)合壓力，足以滿足各種預(yù)涂膜的壓力需求；

5、采用電加熱油導(dǎo)熱方式，節(jié)省耗電成本，溫度更穩(wěn)定；

FEATURES OF PERFORMANCE:

1. silicone rubber rollers imported materials, with sticky ink under high temperature, high pressure, non-stick characteristics of the paper;

2. automatic tension control, film tension random automatic adjustment;

3. photoelectric automatic tracking correction system, non-contact touch long life, high reliability, corrective effect is more ideal;

4. Manual Oil pressure booster system to provide greater composite coating roller, the pressure is sufficient to meet the needs of a variety of laminating film.

5. Electric heating oil heat conduction mode is adopted to save power consumption cost and more stable temperature;
