XHM750C-J預(yù)涂膜高速覆膜機（電磁加熱型）

XHM750C-J BOPP Thermal Lamination Film high speed Laminate Machine (electromagnetic heating type)

主要適用于多種合成紙、珠光膜、肖銀龍、亮銀、PET、PP、卡紙、銅版紙卷筒等材料的覆合。

Minly applicable to for the compounding of various synthetic paper, pearlescent film, silver-eliminating dragon, bright silver, PET, PP, cardboard, copper board and other roll materials.

性能特點：

1、復(fù)合熱輥筒采用電磁加熱系統(tǒng)，升溫快（5分鐘內(nèi)），表面溫度均勻，配用高精度加熱系統(tǒng)自動控制，溫度穩(wěn)定（正負1-2度）；

2、膠滾筒采用進口橡膠料，具有在高溫、高壓狀態(tài)下不粘油墨、不粘紙張的特點；

3、氣脹軸方式收放料；

4、自動張力控制，覆膜張力隨機自動調(diào)節(jié)；

5、臺式超聲波糾偏系統(tǒng)，糾偏效果更理想；

6、采用液壓增壓裝置為覆膜膠輥提供更大復(fù)合壓力，足以滿足各種預(yù)涂膜的壓力需求；

7、標簽防卷曲裝置(此項已獲國家，號；2015208631878）。

FEATURES OF PERFORMANCE:

1. The composite hot roller adopts electromagnetic heating system, with fast temperature rise (within 5 minutes), uniform surface temperature, automatic control of high-precision heating system, and stable temperature (plus or minus 1-2 degrees);

2.The rubber roller adopts imported rubber material, which has the characteristics of non stick ink and paper under high temperature and high pressure;

3.Retract and discharge materials in the way of inflatable shaft;

4.Automatic tension control, random and automatic adjustment of laminating tension;

5.Desktop ultrasonic deviation correction system, with better deviation correction effect;

6.Hydraulic pressure boosting device is used to provide more compound pressure for the covered cots, which is enough to meet the pressure requirements of various pre coating films;

7.Label anti curling device (this has won the national patent, patent number: 2015208631878)
