PM-500 PTG-05雙組份液態(tài)感光防焊油墨,靜電噴涂或水平低壓噴涂使用。耐熱性好,耐化金性能好。低鹵素,符合RoHS和低鹵要求。最重要的特性是側(cè)蝕小,可以制做4MIL隔焊線;耐擦花優(yōu)于同類產(chǎn)品。
PM-500 PTG-05 is dual component type liquid photoimageable solder mask for PCB ,for Electrostatic spraying or horizontal low-pressure spraying. Excellent Heat resistance, Excellent Au plating resistance, Non-Halogen and accord with RoHS and Low halogen,Small undercut, can make 4 MIL line; Scratch resistant is superior to similar products.

二、應(yīng)用操作指引
基板表面處理 |
| 化錫板推薦使用超粗化 化金板推薦使用超粗化、火山灰或噴砂 OSP板和噴錫板可以使用超粗化、火山灰、噴砂或磨刷 |

| 主劑與固化劑按3:1混合,添加適量稀釋劑,攪拌5-10分鐘。靜電噴涂,預(yù)噴粘度一般控制在25秒,主噴粘度一般控制在50秒。水平低壓噴涂粘度一般控制在40-60秒,依客戶設(shè)備需要。 |

| 普通隧道爐:溫度70-75℃,時(shí)間40-45分鐘 紅外隧道爐:各公司可以根據(jù)自已設(shè)備情況,主要溫度可以控制在80-120℃之 間,時(shí)間在2-5分鐘之間依需要調(diào)整。 以常用六段溫區(qū)爐為例,可分段設(shè)為85℃-95℃-95℃-95℃-95℃-70℃,速度 3.5-4m/min,時(shí)間4-5分鐘 |
