CATL-520全自動預涂膜覆膜機具有體積小、功率小、操作簡單、自動化程度高等特點，特別適合數(shù)碼印刷、短版印刷、吊牌商標等產(chǎn)品的覆膜加工。本機由輸紙部套、覆膜部套、分切部套、收紙部套和電器控制組成。CATL-520全自動預涂膜覆膜機特點：1.輸紙部套采用伺服單獨控制，確保紙張輸送平穩(wěn)、精準。2.覆合部套加熱輥筒為高鏡面加熱輥筒，內(nèi)部采用雙層輥筒結(jié)構(gòu)，夾層內(nèi)填充有機導熱材料，使加熱輥筒具有升溫快，表面溫度均勻、恒定，補溫性能良好等特點；壓合方式采用電動油壓泵，壓力大并具有自動補壓功能，確保壓力恒定；部套設(shè)有20秒自動離壓功能，即在機器不斷電的情況下，停機20秒后，壓力膠輥和加熱輥筒自動脫離，確保壓力膠輥不會因人工遺忘而被損壞。3.分切部套采用氣動彈跳試分切，分切方式穩(wěn)定，調(diào)節(jié)簡單，能夠*的提高生產(chǎn)效率，節(jié)省人力資源。4.收紙部套采用氣動拍紙，確保分切后的紙張堆放整齊。5.主要電氣元件均采用歐姆龍、臺達等，工作穩(wěn)定可靠。
