■ 用途：

　　該機(jī)適用于包裝行業(yè)生產(chǎn)復(fù)合材料，如塑－塑復(fù)合、紙－紙復(fù)合及鋁箔復(fù)合等。

■ 技術(shù)性能：

1、	上膠及復(fù)合雙電機(jī)，雙進(jìn)口變頻同步調(diào)速改變了以往的軸傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，走料平穩(wěn)，達(dá)到同步線速度，保證基材拉伸。
2、	橋式雙烘道加熱提高了溫度而使復(fù)合速度更快。
3、	上膠、復(fù)合均為氣動(dòng)壓輥進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)元件。
4、	刮刀式或擠壓式兩種涂膠方式可根據(jù)工藝不同任意選擇。
5、	收、放卷磁粉張力控制。
6、	溫控系統(tǒng)可將溫度控制在*狀態(tài)。

■ technical performance：

1．	dual-mltor gluing and laminating，dual-imported variable frequency synchronous control of motor speed have changed the previous shaft transmission mechanism，stable material moving， up to synchronous linear speed，assuring constant tensile modulus．
2．	the heating of the bridge double drying tunnel increases the humidity so as to make the laminating speed even higher．
3．	both gluing and laminating adopt the imported pneumatic element for pneumatic roller．
4．	two gluing methods-scraping-knife type or extruding type can be se-lected at will according to different technologies．
5．	magnetic powder tension control of rolling and releasing．
6．	the temperature controlled system will control the temperature at the best state．

　　本機(jī)主要用于熱熔涂布復(fù)合。

■ 結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

1、兩個(gè)放料架采用鏈輪式自動(dòng)上料。
2、壓輥和涂收調(diào)節(jié)，采剛氣壓結(jié)構(gòu)。
3、收、放料軸可根據(jù)客戶訂做氣脹軸。
4、涂料方式采用擠壓工或磨砂輥帶膠，供用戶選擇。
