APS II Computerized Flexo Printing Slotting Die Cutting Machine

送紙部：

v        采用德國進(jìn)口伺服控制四軸式前緣送紙裝置（可選配后踢式送紙系統(tǒng)）；

v        電動(dòng)離合、氣動(dòng)聯(lián)鎖、移動(dòng)警示、過載保護(hù)；

v        四軸式前緣送紙系統(tǒng)（延伸量可調(diào)整）、變頻調(diào)控風(fēng)量，送紙精、穩(wěn)；

v        同步升降式除塵裝置（可按需求調(diào)整風(fēng)段），除塵更完善；

v        送紙膠輥采用快換式機(jī)構(gòu)，維護(hù)方便；

v        送紙膠輥采用“雙膠層”，內(nèi)軟、外硬，保護(hù)紙板強(qiáng)度。

Feeding Unit：

v        Lead feed system with four-shaft structure is controlled by servo, imported from Germany（Optional equipment— kick feeder）.

v        Machine unit open/close is motorized control with alarm, pneumatic inter lock, over load protection.

v        Lead feed system with four-shaft structure and frequency converter control suction to make feed accuray and stably.

v        Double feeding roller device can ensure the best stabilization in feeding.

v        Dusting device adopt synchronous-lifting structure（the wind section can dajust accordingly）to make dusting function be more perfect.

v        Quick change feeding roll device is convenient for maintenance.

v        Double layer rubber over the feeding roller（ its inside is soft and outside is hardness）to protect the strength of corrugated board.

印刷部：

v        印刷相位，電腦及電動(dòng)數(shù)顯調(diào)整；

v        導(dǎo)送輪快速橫移機(jī)構(gòu)，間隙自鎖調(diào)整裝置；

v        導(dǎo)送過橋板同步升降裝置，紙板導(dǎo)送更平穩(wěn)；

v        網(wǎng)紋輥/膠輥氣動(dòng)夾緊裝置，調(diào)控快捷，拭墨效果更佳；

v        卷軸鎖版，左、右兩側(cè)鎖緊裝置，掛板定位方便；

v        印刷自動(dòng)復(fù)位系統(tǒng)，設(shè)控式節(jié)墨循環(huán)清潔系統(tǒng)。

Printing Unit：

v        Circumferential position is adjusted by both computer and motorized with digital display.

v        Quick lateral adjuster control guide wheel, Gap adjuster with self-locking function.

v        With the synchronous lifting device, the guide connectiong board transport corrugated board to even smoothly.

v        Pneumatic control to clop anilox roller and rubber roller, it can get good effect for testiong and adjusting.

v        Roll-locking device is easy to located the flexo-plates and lock it on both side.

v        Circumferential auto-reset, Controlled cycle washing system to save ink.

開槽部：

v        開槽尺寸電腦調(diào)控，自動(dòng)對(duì)位、快速高效；

v        前、后刀分軸型式，尺寸調(diào)控受限小，連線模切生產(chǎn)更方便；

v        預(yù)壓輪表面包裹優(yōu)力膠，不易損壞紙板；

v        快速橫移精密線性導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)，位移快捷、精準(zhǔn)，開槽光潔。

v        中刀位移機(jī)構(gòu)，修邊截切裝置，生產(chǎn)適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)；

v        修邊刀采用單刀刃、彈合式，修邊光潔、節(jié)約成本。

Slotting Unit：

v        Slotting dimension can be adjusted by both computer and motorized to raise production efficiency.

v        The front and rear slotting blade are set on two shafts, so it can get more slotting dimension range for adjusting. It also can easy to link rotary die cutter for the convenience of the production.

v        Pre-creasing tool covered with YOU LI rubber to prevents crushing board.

v        Precise linear guides system ensure slotting knife move pecisely and quickly, it can get good slotting effect.

v        Equipped with middle slotting knife lateral adjust device, trimming edge device to meet the needs of production requirement.

v        Spring sing edge blade is adopted for trimming corrugated board, it can save cost and get the good trimming effect.

模切部：

v        模切相位，電腦及電動(dòng)數(shù)顯調(diào)控；

v        模切壓力間隙電動(dòng)數(shù)顯調(diào)整；

v        膠墊輥?zhàn)詣?dòng)位移機(jī)構(gòu)，延長(zhǎng)膠墊使用壽命；

v        進(jìn)口快換式膠墊、調(diào)整方便、耐磨損；

v        精密型“設(shè)控式”速差補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)，確保模切精度；

v        膠墊研磨修正機(jī)構(gòu)，增加膠墊使用率，降低消耗。

Die Cutting Unit：

v        Circumferential positiong is adjusted by both computer and motorized with digital display.

v        Die cutting pressure gap is motorized adjusted with digital display.

v        Auto displacement control device to adjust anvil roll, it can prolong usage time of anvil roll.

v        Replaceable rubber anvil with good wear-ablity, it is easy to rplace operation.

v        Speed difference compensation system ensure die cutting precision.

v        Anvil roll repair device to convenient prolong usage time of anvil roll and reduce consumption.
