     本系列灌裝機(jī)集光、電、氣及PLC微電腦控制于一體，從進(jìn)瓶定位、灌裝、出瓶等動作均全自動完成。采用直列常壓式灌裝，由變換灌裝時間來實(shí)現(xiàn)不同計(jì)量，更換不同形狀的容器，調(diào)整不同的灌裝量不需要更換零件，與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼和特殊的耐腐蝕材料制成，*的灌裝頭保證灌裝無滴漏。具有自動化程度高，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，生產(chǎn)速度快，灌裝精確，操作簡單，適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。廣泛用于食品飲料（如茶飲料、醬油、酒、醋等）、醫(yī)藥、化工、農(nóng)藥（含有酸、堿、有機(jī)溶劑或二甲苯均可）等行業(yè)中各種易流動液體的灌裝。更換和增加少量部件即可適用于95℃的高溫灌裝和易起泡液體的灌裝。

     This series machine apply the combination of  optical , electric ,air and PLC control, and can automatically complete such functions as bottle feeding, positioning, filling, bottle discharging etc. Apply linear atmospheric pressure filling, achieve different measuring through changing the filling time. It doesn't require to replacing the parts for filling different shapes of containers at different capacities. The parts contact with stainless steel and anti-corrosive materials. The special filling head assures no leakage. The machine features high efficiency, accurate filling, convenient adjustment and operation, long life, cost effective and practical, no leakage and strong adaptability etc. It is widely used for filling various kinds of flowing liquid such as foods & everage（tea drink , soy sauce, wine, vinegar）, medicine, chemicals, pesticide(could contain acid, alkali, or organic solvents ,or Replacement some parts can be applicable for 95℃ high emperature filling and filling easy bubbling liquid.
