GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機能一次性完成瓦楞紙板印刷、切角、開槽、滾線、修邊等多道工序(可配打孔、打扣手裝置)。GYK系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機裝備了電動相位調(diào)整裝置，數(shù)字表顯示(還可設(shè)置參數(shù))，使機器在運轉(zhuǎn)時可以縱向調(diào)整印刷位置和切角開槽位置，節(jié)約了調(diào)整時間，提高了印刷精度和生產(chǎn)效率。

GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機采用自動鎖緊，電動離合，分開自動剎車，印刷、開槽位置不錯位。該機為氣動抬板，氣沖上墨，并配備自動導(dǎo)墨裝置，   地了機器間歇時水墨變干影響印刷效果的不利因素，具有具有外觀新穎、操作方便、印刷清晰準(zhǔn)確、干的快等特點。

GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機的功能：

1、印刷輥及壓印輥均采用   鋼材，表面研磨，鍍硬鉻。

2、動平衡校正，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

3、裝卸印刷版，腳踏開關(guān)電動控制正反轉(zhuǎn)。

4、印刷壓輥間隙手動調(diào)整，刻度盤顯示。

5、相位調(diào)整機構(gòu)，行星式齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)。

6、印刷相位采用PLC、觸摸屏控制及電動數(shù)字式360度調(diào)整自動對版，自動歸零，高速調(diào)相位。

7、印刷相位固定裝置，采用氣壓式剎車機構(gòu)。當(dāng)機臺分離或調(diào)整相位時，剎車機構(gòu)限制機臺轉(zhuǎn)動，保持原有齒輪位置固定點。

8、印刷輥橫向調(diào)整距離共20mm。

9、橡膠輥：鋼管表面包裹橡膠。橡膠輥中高研磨，傳墨效果好。

10、設(shè)有墨輥自轉(zhuǎn)電機，防止主機停止時水墨干涸。
