一、用途:
本儀器是適用于化工企業(yè)、 科研院所、大專院校等廣泛用于熱塑性塑料、硬橡膠和長纖維增強復合材料等熱變形溫度（HDT）和維卡溫度（VST）的測定。

維卡軟化點溫度測定儀*符合ISO75（E）、ISO306（E）、GB/T8802、GB/T1633、GB/T1634標準的規(guī)定，
該機采用微處理器和PC機分布控制系統(tǒng)，具有Windowsxp 中文操作界面，在試驗過程中，
實時監(jiān)控試驗溫度、試驗變形量的曲線走向，并動態(tài)地時實繪制溫度、變形量的曲線，實現(xiàn)歷史存盤，
打印試驗報告，以便今后隨時查詢以前的試驗數(shù)據(jù)，進行各種實驗數(shù)據(jù)的對比研究，是一種智能化*的測試儀器，
當用鼠標點擊形變——溫度曲線的任何一處時，界面會自動顯示該處的變形量及溫度值。該儀器為立式柜機結(jié)構(gòu)，
恒溫介質(zhì)箱內(nèi)采用45°雙螺旋攪拌，并采用*的溫度傳感器控制溫度，故此，介質(zhì)的溫度梯度小，熱損失小，恒溫均勻，
當試驗溫度達到上限設(shè)定溫度時自動停止加熱，試驗架具有自動升降功能，操作簡單，在同類機型中具有優(yōu)良的性能價格比。
