DNFQ1100-1300High Speed Slitting Machine

Usage: this machine is applied to slitting BOPP,OPP，PET, CPP, PVC, ALFOIL and paper in printing.

Main Features:
1.The complete machine is equipped with PLC (Three vector motor), and with a touch screen and man-machine interface in operation.
2. The unwinding transmission is governed by a vector motor, and PLC can automatically calculate the unwinding roller diameter, which can achieve the unwinding tension control constantly.
3. The traction transmission adopts vector frequency inverter controlling the vector motor, constantly controlling the linear speed.
4. The rewinding transmission adopts a vector motor, adjusted by vector frequency inverter and precise smooth distance air shaft. PLC can automatically calculate the rewinding roller diameter, which can achieve the rewinding tension pitch control constantly. It adopts hydraulic holder and pneumatic position. It is equipped unloading material device.
5. The unwinding device adopts shaft-free core (also called inflatable air shaft loading), which is to feed through clipping closely by a thread rod, and the looseness and tightness adjustment is done electrically as well. It adopts hydraulic to realize the unwinder device lifting.
6. The edge position controller is static with the movement routine ranging to 120mm.
7.It adopts the round and flat blades to slit.
8.The system of the machine has the function of meter-counting, roll diameter operation and protecting the machine while it lack of material, achieving the slitting by setting the meters and roll diameter.
