DNAY800.1100A型凹版全自動電腦套色彩印機(jī)(三電機(jī))

1、用途：本機(jī)適用于BOPP、CPP、PET、PCVD及相同性質(zhì)的組合膜、紙等。
本機(jī)印刷速度120米/分，機(jī)械速度130米/分。
2、主傳動機(jī)構(gòu)：主傳動采用深圳匯川變頻器控制電機(jī)，傳動每組印版。特點(diǎn)：節(jié)省用電。
3、無軸裝版機(jī)構(gòu)：裝版采用氣缸，拉動芯軸進(jìn)行裝版，橫向調(diào)節(jié)采用螺桿移動。
特點(diǎn)：減少換版時(shí)間，確保版同心度，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
4、油墨刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)：刮刀可任意調(diào)節(jié)上下和角度，刮刀壓力采用雙氣缸，橫向移動采用電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動凸輪移動。特點(diǎn)：延長版的使用壽命。
5、壓印升降機(jī)構(gòu)：壓印采用雙氣缸升壓與電磁閥自鎖定位，對氣缸漏氣和停機(jī)氣缸下掉保護(hù)。
特點(diǎn)：保證壓力平均，確保色差。
6、套色機(jī)械手：采用電腦控制同步電機(jī)通過減速傳動雙滾珠絲桿調(diào)節(jié)，進(jìn)行預(yù)套準(zhǔn)與自動套色。
特點(diǎn)：轉(zhuǎn)動潤滑，套色精度高。
7、收、放料機(jī)構(gòu)：采用雙工位收、放料架，自動換卷和自動接料，放料采用磁粉張力控制，收、放料牽引張力采用變頻矢量控制線速度，收料采用力矩電機(jī)控制。特點(diǎn)：針對大批量印刷可節(jié)省材料、油墨、溶劑和能源。接料速度120米/分鐘時(shí)，zui多接料浪費(fèi)20米左右；油墨、溶劑、能源節(jié)約10％左右，大大降低產(chǎn)品成本。
8、干燥、冷卻機(jī)構(gòu)：烘箱采用離心風(fēng)機(jī)吹吸，電熱石英管分布在每組烘箱的吹風(fēng)口進(jìn)行加熱，溫度由智能溫控儀控制，冷卻每組回頭輥用水冷式，確保薄膜降溫。特點(diǎn)：節(jié)省用電。（外置組合式蒸汽與導(dǎo)熱油加熱另加5萬。）

1.Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD and combined film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is 120m/min, while the mechanical speed is 130m/min.
2.Main transmission device: The main transmission device adopts electrician frequency inverter of Shenzhen Henchman to control the vector motor, transferring each group of printing cylinders. It has the performance of electric power saving.
3. Printing cylinder installing Device without Axis: The installation of printing cylinders adopts air cylinder to pull the core of axis to install the cylinders. The horizontal adjustment adopts the movement of screw. Performance: reduce time to replace the cylinders. Assure the boards to be concentric, improve the quality of product.
4. Structure of ink scraper: The ink scrapers can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions. The pressure of scraper adopts dual air pressure style .The horizontal movement adopts both the rotations of the motor and movement of cam. Performance: lengthen the service of the printing cylinders.
5. Impressive lift Structure: The impression adopts dual air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the solenoid, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working. Performance: average pressure 6. Chromatic Mechanical Handles: They adopt computer to control, synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography through reducing the speed to register color automatically. Performance: Rotate with lubrication and high precision in chromatography.
7. Material-Collecting and Feeding Device: The material collecting and feeding stand adopts dual scaffold. It can change material roller and collect materials automatically. The tension of material-feeding and traction of material-collecting and feeding adopt frequency inverter vector to control the linear speed .The tension of material-collecting adopts being controlled by torque motor. Performance: accelerate the stabilization of chromatography, position the cylinder in horizontal direction ,save materials 、ink、impregnate and energy for large quantities of printing products. And while the speed of material collecting is 120m/min, the most waste of material collecting is about 20 meters, and it can save about 10% ink, impregnate and energy resources, and lower the cost of the product largely.
8. Drying and cooling device: The oven adopts centrifugal blower to blow and make suction. The electric quartz tubes are installed averagely in each group of ovens at their blowing mouth to heat .The temperature is controlled by inligent thermo-controller. At the mouth is installed a centrifugal blower to cool each group of ovens to cool .While the returning roller adopts water-cooling device to control to assure the cooling of film. Performances save electric power.
