分切前后采用兩次預壓送紙,**后壓線成型，降低紙板的燦線率，適用于劣質紙的加重箱板的成型.

分切部:采用好鎢鋼合金刀片，刀鋒鋒利.使用壽命長，分切出的紙板切口整齊,無壓裂，無毛刺.

壓痕部:采用五點壓線，壓痕間隙同步調整.線型美觀，不爆線,易于折彎.

磨刀裝置采用自動和手動兩神氣動磨刀方式，邊磨刀邊工作,提高工作效率.

電器采用國內推薦或進口產品，性能可靠.
