The wallboard and important parts of the whole machine are made by high precision machining and ground by CNC grinder.

All transmission shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, with high-precision dynamic balance correction, hard chromium 

plating and surface grinding.

The transmission gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, and its hardness is HRC58-62. It is grinded, reaching 

the National Grade 6 standard. It has been used for a long time and has high chromatic precision.

The key free connecting ring is used in the main transmission part of the whole machine to eliminate the connection gap, which is suitable for 

long-term high-speed printing.

The whole machine is equipped with spray lubrication and automatic oil balancing device.

Automatic zero and reset.

Pclink control network, MCGS software, Siemens low-voltage electrical appliances, host frequency control, power saving up to 30%.

Double axis slotting is equipped with computer control system for production management of the whole machine, and single axis slotting is equipped

Net roller: metal net roller or ceramic net roller can be selected, and the number of net roller lines can be selected according to the user's requirements.

The ceramic anilox roller with high reticle can be selected to match with the closed chamber ink scraping system to realize 80-90 reticle printing.

◆左側(cè)檔板、后檔箱位置電動調(diào)整，并加裝氣動拍齊裝置，紙板橫向定位更準(zhǔn)確。

◆10.4寸彩色觸摸屏控制送紙部、印刷部、開槽部、模切部一次歸零，訂單存儲，

  記憶復(fù)位，生產(chǎn)速度60、90、120定速巡航，紅外線光電計數(shù)，預(yù)設(shè)訂單加工

  數(shù)量。

Leading edge paper feeding system: adopt non pressure leading edge paper feeding 

mechanism, domestic advanced technology, its characteristics protect the original 

strength of paperboard, avoid collapse and thinning. It is conducive to smooth input

 of paperboard after pressing, stable system, accurate and fast paper feeding, suitable

 for all kinds of corrugated paperboard.

The air volume and pressure can be adjusted according to the size of the paperboard.

The position of the left baffle and the rear gearbox can be adjusted electrically, and the 

pneumatic aligning device is installed to make the transverse positioning of the 

paperboard more accurate.

The 10.4-inch color touch screen controls the paper feeding section, printing section, 

slottingsection and die-cutting section to zero at one time, order storage, memory reset, 

production speed of 60, 90 and 120, constant speed cruise, infrared photoelectric counting

 ａnd preset order processing quantity.

印刷單元 Printing unit

◆印刷輥、傳動軸均采用精品鋼材，電腦動平衡校正，消*離心力，研磨加工，鍍

硬鉻。

◆印刷輥采用掛版裝置 ：棘輪固定式卷版軸，全版掛版槽，腳踏電動控制正、反轉(zhuǎn)，

        裝卸印版快速方便。

◆勻墨系統(tǒng)：全封閉雙刮刀系統(tǒng)，防灰塵，回墨快，刮墨效果更好。

     （選配：刮刀勻墨系統(tǒng)）

◆著墨網(wǎng)紋輥：陶瓷網(wǎng)紋，激光雕刻，300-800線任選。

◆印刷相位及軸向調(diào)整：相位采用行星齒輪式結(jié)構(gòu)，PLC觸摸屏控制及電動數(shù)字式

360°調(diào)整，（停機(jī)、開機(jī)均可調(diào)整）變頻電機(jī)傳動，根據(jù)要求改變版滾周向旋轉(zhuǎn)

速度，準(zhǔn)確到0.1mm內(nèi)，快捷方便，印刷輥軸向橫移采用PLC觸摸屏及電動數(shù)字

Printing phase and axial adjustment: the phase adopts planetary gear structure, PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360 ° adjustment (both stop and start can be adjusted)

 frequency conversion motor drive. According to the requirements, change the plate rolling circumferential rotation speed, accurate to 0.1 mm, fast and convenient. Printing roller 

axial lateral movement adopts PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment, with a total adjustment range of 10 mm.

The fixed ink gap, printing pressure roller and paper guide roller gap are controlled by PLC and displayed by numerical touch screen

The optional drying device can improve the efficiency and ensure the printing quality.

模切單元 Die cutting unit

◆膠墊輥采用機(jī)械式凸輪槽式移動(40mm)結(jié)構(gòu)；

◆膠墊輥與刀模輥的間隙采用電動控制，停止送紙，軟輥自動升起，工作時返回

工作位置；

◆采用速差補償裝置無論膠墊直徑如何改變，膠墊線速度自動跟蹤補償，無需

人工調(diào)整；

◆磨損后的膠墊輥可以修好，保持膠墊表面的平整；

◆可選配免版開槽功能。

 electric motor, the paper feeding is stopped, the soft roller rises automatically, 

ａnd returns to the working position when working;

Adopt speed difference compensation device, no matter how the diameter of 

rubber pad changes, the linear speed of rubber pad automatically tracks and 

compensates without manual adjustment;

The worn rubber pad roller can be repaired to keep the surface of rubber 

pad smooth;
