特氟龍膜 PTFE MEMBRANE
鐵氟龍薄膜為四氟化乙烯樹(shù)脂(PTFE)薄膜，是由聚四氟乙烯樹(shù)脂經(jīng)模壓、燒結(jié)、冷卻成毛坯，再經(jīng)車(chē)削，壓延制成。車(chē)削成的薄膜為不定向薄膜，經(jīng)壓延后即成定向薄膜。不定向薄膜壓延1～2倍為半定向薄膜。特氟龍薄膜具有良好的耐熱性、耐化學(xué)藥品性、電氣特性、低摩擦系數(shù)和非粘合性等多種特點(diǎn)。可在在石油化工、機(jī)械制造、電子、通信等很廣的溫度范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)使用。
鐵氟龍膜還是高頻線路板的主要原材料，它具有信號(hào)傳遞快、介電特性、絕緣層抗擊穿強(qiáng)度高、成本低，聚四氟乙烯薄膜具有抗拉強(qiáng)度高、絕緣性好、不粘性等優(yōu)良的特點(diǎn)。
Teflon film is a tetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE) film, which is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by molding, sintering, cooling into blank, turning and calendering. The turned film is non directional film, which is formed into directional film after pressing and delaying. The non oriented film is calendered 1 ~ 2 times as semi oriented film. Teflon film has many characteristics, such as good heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical characteristics, low friction coefficient and non adhesion. It can be used continuously in a wide temperature range of petrochemical industry, machinery manufacturing, electronics, communication and so on.
Teflon film is also the main raw material of high-frequency circuit board. It has the advantages of fast signal transmission, superior dielectric properties, high puncture resistance of insulating layer and low cost. Teflon film has the excellent characteristics of high tensile strength, good insulation and non adhesion.

產(chǎn)品用途：
1、顯示模塊IC壓合中的緩沖及導(dǎo)熱；如TFT-LCD、COG、SMT、PDP等加工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，其作用機(jī)理是用ACF-Bonding熱壓機(jī)把驅(qū)動(dòng)IC用熱量和壓力粘在玻璃上時(shí)，鐵氟龍膜可以起到耐高溫、抗沖擊等作用，防止因PCB的段差和粒子引起的玻璃破損。
2、在各種頻率下使用的電絕緣件，F(xiàn)PC壓合使用的隔離，絕緣墊。
3、電容器介質(zhì)、道線絕緣、航空及地鐵設(shè)備耗材。
4、用于各種介質(zhì)中工作的襯墊密封件和潤(rùn)滑材料。
Usages of product：
1. Buffer and heat conduction in IC pressing of display module; For example, in the process of TFT-LCD, COG, SMT, PDP and other processing and production, its mechanism is that when the driving IC is adhered to the glass with heat and pressure by ACF bonding hot press, the teflon film can play the role of high temperature resistance and impact resistance, so as to prevent the glass damage caused by PCB segment difference and particles.
