氣動控制閥（薄膜閥）pneumatic control valve（membrane valve）

1. 依工作溫度（℃）及適用流體來決定閥的型號。

3. 依壓力值（△P）來決定傳動器的型式。

操作壓力（operating pressure）：3=1.2kg/cm², 6=1.2kg/cm², 12=1.2kg/cm², 18=1.2kg/cm²
