簡(jiǎn)要說明 Descriptive Abstract
該設(shè)備是我公司在粉末罐裝領(lǐng)域長(zhǎng)期實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上，摒棄原有轉(zhuǎn)盤式喂罐設(shè)計(jì)理念，而全新設(shè)計(jì)的一款雙工位罐裝機(jī)。單排主輔雙頭充填系統(tǒng)和的喂罐系統(tǒng)，保證了高精度同時(shí)又去除了轉(zhuǎn)盤式系統(tǒng)清洗不便的缺點(diǎn)。主要完成高精度充填計(jì)量工作?？膳c其它設(shè)備配套組成整套罐裝流水線，適用于罐裝奶粉、蛋白粉、雞粉、葡萄糖、米粉、可可粉、固體飲料等。
This series machine is a newly designed type, which replaces the design of old rotary type auger filler but adopt new concept on its working principle. This machine has two times filling and innovated can feeding system, these guarante the precise filling accuracy, and also get rid of the disadvantange of difficult cleaning of old rotary type. This machine can combine with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line, which is widely used in packing products of milk powder, albumen powder, condiment powder, flour, cocoa powder, solid drinks, and so on.
主要特征
1.單排雙機(jī)頭充填，主充填和補(bǔ)充填，保證高罐裝精度；
2.伺服馬達(dá)及伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制螺桿，定位準(zhǔn)、速度快；
3.伺服馬達(dá)及伺服馬鈴薯動(dòng)控制螺桿，性能穩(wěn)定、精度高；
4.全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)；水平開啟式料箱（里外拋外），清洗十分方便；
5.PLC控制觸摸屏人機(jī)界面顯示，操作簡(jiǎn)便；
6.高反應(yīng)速度的稱重系統(tǒng)、保證高罐裝速度及高精度得以實(shí)現(xiàn)；
7.充填頭配有手輪調(diào)整高度，輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)外種罐裝罐裝；
8.配有除塵裝置，接負(fù)壓管道，無粉塵污染環(huán)境；
9.水平直線式結(jié)構(gòu)，占地面積小，易于清洗；
10.固定式螺桿安裝結(jié)構(gòu)，罐裝時(shí)不產(chǎn)生金屬污染；
11.工作流程：進(jìn)罐→托罐→振動(dòng)→計(jì)量充填→振動(dòng)→振動(dòng)→稱重反饋→補(bǔ)充填→檢重、超差剔除→出罐；
12.帶整線控制系統(tǒng)。
