單明了，易學(xué)好用，模具激光焊接機(jī)是通過(guò)激光瞬間產(chǎn)生的高熱能將專(zhuān)用的焊絲熔接到模具的破損部位，與原有的模具基材牢固熔接，焊后磨削加工成光面，
從而實(shí)現(xiàn)模具的修補(bǔ)作用。可有效的修補(bǔ)砂眼、裂紋、崩角及磨損的模邊、密封邊等等一切微小部位。激光焊接點(diǎn)直徑小，受熱范圍小，焊后不會(huì)出現(xiàn)氣孔、
塌陷、熱變形等等現(xiàn)象，極大的減少了焊后的處理工序。
