　　本機(jī)分為伺服電機(jī)控制單速與五級單速控制兩種機(jī)型，是我廠投入巨資自行研發(fā)的機(jī)械傳動結(jié)構(gòu)的封口機(jī)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，故障率低，打卡速度快，成型效果好，開創(chuàng)了肉類行業(yè)鋁絲封口機(jī)的先河，結(jié)束了氣動封口機(jī)高能耗的歷史。

　　It is the simple mechanical drive structure clipping machine which is developed and researched independen simple structure low fault ,high clipping speed .Well shaping effect that obtain many National patents.

　　1.本機(jī)采用可是控制，操作簡單方便。

　　2.本機(jī)有S、S1/S2三種規(guī)格的模具，更換簡便，可選用2.1、2.45、2.7、2.9的鋁盤絲。

　　3.本機(jī)在不更換模具的情況下，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需要自由更換不同規(guī)格的鋁盤絲。

　　4.可配雙灌裝管，大大提高了生產(chǎn)人員的工作效率。

　　5.浩恒機(jī)械鋁絲雙卡封口機(jī)（伺服）是國內(nèi)速度高的機(jī)械鋁絲打卡機(jī)。

　　6.本機(jī)配有自動注油潤滑系統(tǒng)，對設(shè)備的關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行注油潤滑，延長使用壽命。

　　7.本機(jī)具有自動計(jì)數(shù)裁斷系統(tǒng)。

　　8.本機(jī)可與各種灌裝機(jī)連機(jī)形成自動化生產(chǎn)線。
