2.采用三頭交換作業(yè)，一位：穿針、卷繞；二位：切斷隔膜、收尾、貼膠紙；三位，抽針下料；
3.極片進(jìn)入卷繞之前具有檢測(cè)是否跑偏功能，主動(dòng)糾偏；
4.具有變轉(zhuǎn)速，變張力控制功能；
5.具有刷粉、除塵功能，裁斷極片切刀處加有真空吸塵裝置；
6.具有直徑測(cè)量和錐度成型功能，適用于超級(jí)電容器的自動(dòng)卷繞。
