熱熔膠封盒機使用說明

本機器集電氣一體自動化控制生產(chǎn)、電氣元件采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)速度40-50盒1分鐘，封盒規(guī)格（長×寬×高）（100-290）×（70-150）×（45-120）mm，裝機功率0.5-0.89KW（220V50HZ），源0.4mpa,0.3M³/min。

1. 工作原理：將盒子向里推，當(dāng)盒子碰到行程開關(guān)1時，上膠氣缸自動上升，將膠水沾在盒子兩端。上膠氣缸設(shè)有磁感應(yīng)開關(guān)，當(dāng)氣缸上升至磁感應(yīng)開關(guān)感應(yīng)范圍氣缸會自動下落。同時頂盒氣缸上升，將盒子折疊成形。頂盒磁感應(yīng)開關(guān)感應(yīng)時氣缸會自動下落。當(dāng)氣缸自動下落后，第二個盒子方可向里推。當(dāng)盒子碰到行程開關(guān)2時，出盒氣缸開始工作，將盒子推向分流槽，當(dāng)氣缸上升至磁感應(yīng)開關(guān)感應(yīng)范圍氣缸會自動下落。

上膠后頂盒氣缸不工作 after gluing the jacking box air cylinder doesn’t work	1. 檢查上膠磁感應(yīng)開關(guān)是否工作 check the gluing magnetic induction switch whether work 2. 檢查頂盒電磁閥是否工作 check the jacking box electric magnetic valve whether work
頂盒氣缸上升后不下落 jacking box air cylinder doesn’t fall after rise	檢查頂盒磁感應(yīng)開關(guān)是否工作 check the jacking box magnetic induction switch whether work

膠箱溫度失控 temperature of glue box is out of control	1. 檢查電熱隅 check the thermo couple 2. 檢查加熱棒 check the heat stick 3. 如以上兩點均無問題，詳見溫控表使用說明書 if the above two points all without problem, please see the operate manual detail of the temperature controller meter

Box sealing machine instructions

This machine combine electricity into one, automatic control production, electric component adopt the high quality products, steady performance ,production speed :40-50 boxes /one minute, sealing standard(L×W×H) （100-290）×（70-150）×（45-120）mm，install power 0.5-0.89KW（220V50HZ），air source 0.4mpa,0.3M³/minWorking principle : push the box inward, when the box touch the travel switch one ,gluing air cylinder will rise automatically to stick the glue on the both ends of box, gluing air cylinder with the magnetic induction switch ,when the air cylinder rise to the induction switch range ,air cylinder will fall automatically, meanwhile jacking box air cylinder rise ,fold the box into shape. When jacking box magnetic induction switch react, the air cylinder will fall automatically, after the air cylinder fall, the second box will be pushed inward. When the box touch the travel switch two, the eject box air cylinder starts to work , push the boxes to the distributary tank, when air cylinder rise to the induction range of magnetic induction switch, which will fall automatically.
