采用進口傳動齒輪，傳動齒輪加硬研磨而成，洛氏硬度＞60度。
采用免鍵連接環(huán)，減少中心磨損虛位放大，保持長期印刷套準(zhǔn)。

進紙部
送紙部功能
前緣式送紙方式，可根據(jù)紙板彎曲程度調(diào)整風(fēng)量，確保送紙順暢。
主機馬達啟動保護裝置，機臺未固定時，減少壓扁送入的紙板。
可連續(xù)或隔張送紙。
雙進紙橡膠輥，橡膠輥有防超壓溝槽，減少壓扁送入的紙板。
前進紙橡膠輥鋪氣缸緩壓裝置，進紙準(zhǔn)確、可靠，不會因進紙間隙小而破壞進入紙板的強度。
左右擋板位置電動數(shù)字式控制。（可加氣動自動拍齊）后檔箱電動調(diào)整，前檔版間隙手動同步調(diào)整。
除塵裝置，除塵毛刷和吸塵風(fēng)機可清除紙板表面灰塵。 可按紙板尺寸分段調(diào)整除塵風(fēng)口。
電動控制機臺離合并附警鈴，確保操作人員安全。
電子計數(shù)可設(shè)定生產(chǎn)量，到達設(shè)定產(chǎn)量自動報警。（可直接觸摸屏顯示生產(chǎn)量。）

Function of Feeding Department：
Adopt sun feeder,Wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding,can make the cardboard feed favoringly. The volume of the wind can be adjusted acord the camber of the paperboard.
Start protecting device of the main motor,when the machine-platform not been locked, the main motor can not running.
Continuous and skip cardboard feeding,counting device is install.
Double rubber rollers for feeding,the rubber roller have slot for preven the overlarge pressure.
The feeding roller is rubber with cylinder cushioning device,precise feeding,will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when feeding space is small.
The side baffles adopt electrical control with data display.(here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device),the back baffle box adopt electrical adjustment,the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment.
Brush dust-removal equipment with dust-absorption blower.Can adjust the wind volume accord the cardbard size.
Each unit is electriv moving left and right with warming bell.make sure the operator safe.
Electronic counter be used for setup for setup the production quantity,when complete the production quantity,automatic warning,(if chose the touch screen cintrol,the touch screen will display the production quatity.)

印刷部
印刷部功能：
印刷輥采用無縫鋼管，表面 研磨，鍍硬鉻，平衡校正，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。
快速換版裝置，裝卸印版時，腳踏開關(guān)電動控制版輥的正反向轉(zhuǎn)。
送紙輥，壓印輥，膠輥，網(wǎng)紋輥間隙調(diào)整均采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)。
印刷輥相位調(diào)整均采用PLC以及電動數(shù)字輸入式360度調(diào)整，停機及運轉(zhuǎn)時均可調(diào)整。
印刷輥橫向調(diào)整采用PLC及電動數(shù)字式調(diào)整，調(diào)整范圍±10mm。
印刷相位固定裝置，氣動式剎車機構(gòu)，當(dāng)單元分離調(diào)整或清洗時，剎車機構(gòu)限制齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動，保持原有齒輪位置固定點。
網(wǎng)紋輥采用配合送紙系統(tǒng)氣壓式升降裝置（送紙時網(wǎng)紋輥按單元順序自動落下，停止送紙時按單元順序自動抬起。）
氣動隔膜泵上墨，自動循環(huán)，加水清洗。
擦板記憶功能，清洗印版后可回到原印刷位置。

Function of printing Department：
The printing roller adopt without gap roller,surface is treated by lapping finish,after balance aorrect and hard chrome plating,smooth in operation.
Quickly change printing plate device,foot switch for electric control control the printing roller's clockwise and anticlockwise running.
The feed roller,press roller,rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.
The phase of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric 360° adjust the error to input the sdjust data,can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.
The horizontal direction movinh of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust data.the adjust scope is ±10mm.
The phase fix device adopt cylinder brake,when the unit is opened and washing,the cylinder brake device will brake all the units rolling running and keep the original location of the gears.
The autmatic Pneumatic control UP and down device of the anilox roller is synchronous with cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard is fed,the anilox roller of esch peinting unit will automatic orderly go down. when stop feeding,the anilox roller will automatic orderly go up. )
Pneumatic membrane pump inking,automaticc circle,water washing.
With "clean printing plate memory"function,after washing the printing plate,the printing roller will running back to the original printing position.

干燥機
干燥部功能：
干燥部可選擇熱風(fēng)，紅外線UV干燥系統(tǒng)（選購）。

Function of Dryer Unit：
Hot air,dryer,infrared dryer or UVcoating dryer system as the optional can be installed in dwell unit.

模切部
模切部功能：
膠墊輥機械螺旋式橫向移動，移動距離為40mm。
模切輥相位采用PLC及電動數(shù)字式360°調(diào)整，停機及運轉(zhuǎn)情況下均可調(diào)整。（也可選用PLC及觸摸屏調(diào)整）
模切輥與模切輥間隙調(diào)整采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)，并配有氣缸大范圍快速調(diào)整，減少膠墊損壞，增加膠墊使用壽命。
送紙輥間隙調(diào)整采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)。
速度補償裝置，可使優(yōu)力膠輥隨模板輥滑動，從而使膠墊輥的表面速度由力模控制，使模切的紙箱與刀模形狀一致。
機器配有優(yōu)力膠修正裝置，可對優(yōu)力膠反復(fù)多次修整后使用。

Function of Slotting Deparment：
The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right. The movement distance is 40mm.
The phase of the die-cutting unit adopt PLC and electic 360° adiust,accord the error to input the adjust data,can be adjust while the running or stop.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
The horizontal moving of the die roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,input the data accord the error,adjusting distance is 10mm.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
The space adjustment between rubber roller and roller adopt self-locking struchure,with cylinder big scope quickly adjust,decrease the rubber wear,increase the rubber life.
The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller,make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller,the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the pattern.
There is a rubber rebber reqair device with machine,the rubber can be used after be repaired.
