AUSCP SL60由書(shū)芯輸送、書(shū)芯前壓、雙面粘頁(yè)、過(guò)膠烘干、增強(qiáng)烘干、雙面粘頁(yè)、書(shū)芯后壓緊、副收書(shū)機(jī)構(gòu)組成精裝書(shū)芯過(guò)膠聯(lián)動(dòng)線(xiàn)，通過(guò)光電檢測(cè)對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施在線(xiàn)控制。整機(jī)采用一體化設(shè)計(jì)，只需放入書(shū)芯，機(jī)器自動(dòng)輸送，彩色中英文界面操控面板，使自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)板更加快速，簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué)；主要傳動(dòng)部件、電氣部件采用進(jìn)口材料，經(jīng)久耐用，性?xún)r(jià)比高；

l 書(shū)芯輸送：將已鎖線(xiàn)的書(shū)芯放入書(shū)芯輸送機(jī)構(gòu)，書(shū)芯按設(shè)定速度，自動(dòng)完成逐本輸送；
l 書(shū)芯前壓：書(shū)芯前壓緊可使書(shū)芯背部壓平，排出書(shū)貼間空氣，使書(shū)貼更加平實(shí)；
l 雙面粘頁(yè)：可對(duì)烘干后的書(shū)芯聯(lián)動(dòng)輸送到雙面粘頁(yè)機(jī)進(jìn)行雙面環(huán)襯的粘貼，粘接牢固可靠，可與任何書(shū)脊涂膠聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)，自動(dòng)進(jìn)本，循環(huán)上膠水裝置，使膠水不易固化，達(dá)到粘接效果，進(jìn)涂膠裝置涂膠，進(jìn)入自動(dòng)吸紙機(jī)構(gòu)，將前后頁(yè)分別粘接到書(shū)芯正面和背面，前后襯紙自動(dòng)粘接；可減少人工2-3人，降低成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
l 書(shū)芯震動(dòng)：聯(lián)動(dòng)線(xiàn)具有對(duì)書(shū)芯震動(dòng)闖齊輸送功能；排出書(shū)貼間空氣，使書(shū)貼更加平實(shí)；
l 過(guò)膠烘干：自動(dòng)上膠及過(guò)膠，上膠量可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)刮刀間隙進(jìn)行調(diào)整，保持上膠量和粘度穩(wěn)定。
l 增強(qiáng)烘干：烘干可控制書(shū)芯背部的膠液中的水份蒸發(fā)，使膠體粘度與牢固度達(dá)到；本機(jī)具有4段熱烘干，2段冷烘干；
l 書(shū)芯后壓：書(shū)芯后壓可使書(shū)芯背部粘連更加貼合，加強(qiáng)書(shū)芯書(shū)帖間和襯紙的相互接觸粘連；
l 可與三面切書(shū)機(jī)構(gòu)成完整的書(shū)芯成型線(xiàn)，能夠逐本完成高精度的書(shū)芯裁切并輸出到后續(xù)工作臺(tái)。
