電腦三層、五層高速瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線用途與特點(diǎn):
1、材料選用 鉻鉬合金鋼。
2、瓦楞形狀為 通用UV形，經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)，縮紙率低，壓制出的紙板質(zhì)量好，。
3、采用 機(jī)床， 的成型磨削和電腦分度工藝，楞型尺寸精度符合 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4、楞齒表面經(jīng)碳化鎢或中頻淬火處理，硬度達(dá)到HR60°以上。上瓦楞輥有中高，呈腰鼓形，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線故障排除：
1、瓦楞紙卷曲成筒狀，主要原因是上下輥筒溫度差過(guò)大。應(yīng)檢查上、下輥筒內(nèi)加熱源工作情況，或許其中之一出現(xiàn)故障，可予以修理或 換。
2、瓦楞紙粘在瓦楞輥面上。輥面溫度過(guò)高或原紙水分含量過(guò)大都會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象。此時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)整輥面溫度，使紙張干燥后再壓楞，若刮刀與輥槽不貼合，應(yīng)調(diào)整或 換。
3、瓦楞的高度不夠，原因可能是壓力或溫度過(guò)低，或者紙張含水分過(guò)高。解決辦法是調(diào)整壓力或輥溫，或降低車(chē)速，使紙張得以干燥。
4、瓦楞高度不均一，壓出的瓦楞紙兩邊長(zhǎng)短不同呈扇形。這是由于瓦楞輥平行度不好或兩端壓力不均勻所致。如左邊瓦楞紙比右邊短，則應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)貙⑸贤呃爿佔(zhàn)筮吷?，否則逆向調(diào)整。
