控制系統(tǒng)采用日本三菱PLC加多塊運動模塊控制，增強系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。
人機界面觸摸屏操作，方便快捷，可儲存瓶子的設置和參數(shù)，以供將來使用。
多個伺服電機控制，實現(xiàn)自動套袋智能化；上下套袋，上下封口，自動拉袋，兩個自動拉袋寬度調(diào)節(jié)等都是全伺服控制。伺服采用德國倍?，F(xiàn)場總線 Ethercat控制，精度更高，響應更快，穩(wěn)定更強，線路更簡潔。
多通道自動進瓶，實現(xiàn)瓶子高速打包，并可準確定位并和吹瓶機、測漏機、貼標機等生產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)連線。
具有技術，采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術，實時監(jiān)控設備狀態(tài)，更快速更精準了解設備運行。

It replaces the traditional manual packaging operation and realizes the full automation of the production line, which greatly saves labor cost and improves efficiency and benefit.
The control system is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and multiple motion modules to enhance the stability of the system.
The human-machine interface touch screen operation is convenient and fast. The settings and parameters of the bottle can be stored for future use.
Multiple servo motors control to realize automatic bagging intelligence; Upper and lower bagging, upper and lower sealing, automatic bag pulling, two automatic bag pulling width adjustment, etc. are all fully servo controlled. The servo adopts German Beifu Fieldbus EtherCAT control, which has higher precision, faster response, stronger stability and simpler circuit.
Multi channel automatic bottle feeding enables high-speed bottle packaging, accurate positioning and connection with bottle blowing machine, leak detector, labeling machine and other production lines.
It has domestic leading technology and adopts the first Internet of things technology to monitor the equipment status in real time and understａnd the equipment operation more quickly and accurately.
