本機是一款高速膏藥貼生產(chǎn)線，采用*技術(shù)，設(shè)備運行中，電腦全程監(jiān)測?？缮a(chǎn)小孩肚臍貼，風濕止疼片，膏藥貼，*等各種黑膏藥貼劑。

The equipment is a high-speed medical patch production line uses of advanced technology from abroad, in the operation, the computer system monitoring the whole production. The machine can produce child abdomen plaster, rheumatism painful plaster, plaster stick, mammary glａnd plaster, ect.

（1）各原料放卷裝置以及各廢料收集裝置采用磁粉張力系統(tǒng)控制

Each material unwinding device and each waste collection device are controlled by magnetic powder tension system.

（2）各送料、切片工位運用國內(nèi)外品牌運動控制系統(tǒng)，進行電氣軟件編程，設(shè)備運行中自動調(diào)整相位，觸摸屏可視化操作。

（3）模具采用高速鋼加工，壽命長、更換模具方便，輸入對應(yīng)參數(shù)即可生產(chǎn)

（4）設(shè)備生產(chǎn)效率高，速度可達0-500片/分鐘。操作只需1人即可完成
