該機(jī)主要分為定位模塊、貼角模塊和成型模塊三大部分，可實(shí)現(xiàn)各類紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產(chǎn)時(shí)的自動(dòng)送紙、自動(dòng)過膠、自動(dòng)貼角、自動(dòng)定位、自動(dòng)成型和自動(dòng)壓泡等，系列工藝工序的自動(dòng)完成，轉(zhuǎn)版速度快，制作盒體精美。定位模塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動(dòng)糾偏、皮殼板貼襯定位、五片板定位。貼角模塊的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙臺(tái)。成型模塊的智能調(diào)節(jié)、自動(dòng)鎖固、伺服凸輪動(dòng)作、免換鏟刀和壓泡板等，均由我司自行研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)，并獲得多項(xiàng)國家。
