進(jìn)口常閉電磁閥
美國米勒（MILLER）品牌- 進(jìn)口常閉電磁閥當(dāng)線圈通電時，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動，電磁閥打開;當(dāng)線圈斷電時，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。廣泛應(yīng)用在航天、船舶重工、石油化工、給排水、消防設(shè)備、食品醫(yī)療設(shè)備、清洗設(shè)備、景觀噴灌、加濕設(shè)備、液壓設(shè)備、測試設(shè)備、水廠等,工作壓力在0—100MPa的管道系統(tǒng)中。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
閥芯均為不銹鋼活塞式，活塞環(huán)不會被介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)卡死，動密封性能高,壽命長；活塞與金屬閥腔不產(chǎn)生直接摩擦，閥體安裝向無限制；專制線圈，不易燒毀；長時間停止動作重新啟動，動作同樣靈敏；zui低啟動工作壓力0.5MPa。

工作原理：
常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當(dāng)線圈斷電時，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。
常開：當(dāng)線圈通電時，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動，電磁閥打開。
注：出口端壓力大于進(jìn)口端壓力，介質(zhì)會反向?qū)??？砂惭b止回閥或訂制自帶止回功能的閥。
Applications:

How it works:
NC: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull the pilot hole to open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, the piston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote, the electromagnetic valve is opened; When the coil power, the pilot valve by the spring return, pilot hole closed throttle valve chamber pressurized by the piston return spring and thrust, the electromagnetic valve is closed.
Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closed, the valve chamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, the electromagnetic valve is closed. When the coil power, the pilot valve by the spring return, pilot hole open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, the piston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote the solenoid valve open.
Note: The outlet pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, the media will pass anti-wizard. Can be installed or custom built non-return valve function of the valve.
電磁閥控制方式選擇：
常閉型電磁閥指線圈斷電時，電磁閥關(guān)閉；線圈通電時，電磁閥打開。
常開型電磁閥指線圈斷電時，深圳名閥電磁閥打開；線圈通電時，電磁閥關(guān)閉。
我們可以根據(jù)持續(xù)工作時間長短來選擇：常閉、常開、或可持續(xù)通電
1、當(dāng)電磁閥需要長時間關(guān)閉，并且關(guān)閉的時間多于開啟的時間應(yīng)選用常閉型。
2、當(dāng)電磁閥需要長時間開啟，并且開啟的時間多于關(guān)閉的時間應(yīng)選用常開型。
3、需要長時間開啟的同時又要長時間關(guān)閉時，要選自保持式電磁閥，也叫常開常閉型電磁閥。
4、但是有些用于安全保護(hù)的工況，如爐、窯火焰監(jiān)測，則不能選常開的，應(yīng)選可*通電型。
5、用于燃?xì)饩瘓?bào)系統(tǒng)，要選用常開型的燃?xì)饩o急切斷電磁閥，帶手動開啟。
