1、查看監(jiān)控畫面的數(shù)據(jù)
出現(xiàn)以下情況時(shí)，說明控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)生問題，應(yīng)立即通知微機(jī)維修人員維修，同時(shí)操作工到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行處理。
(1) 經(jīng)常變化的數(shù)據(jù)長時(shí)間不變，且?guī)讉€(gè)數(shù)據(jù)或所有數(shù)據(jù)都不變。
(2) 控制分組畫面中，手動(dòng)自動(dòng)無法切換，或手動(dòng)輸入數(shù)據(jù)后，一經(jīng)確認(rèn)，又恢復(fù)為原來的數(shù)據(jù)，修改不過來。
(3) 趨勢(shì)圖畫面中，幾條趨勢(shì)都為直線不變。
(4) 監(jiān)控畫面中，多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)波動(dòng)較大。

判斷波動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)是否為工藝上相關(guān)參數(shù)，若是相關(guān)參數(shù)則通知儀表及微機(jī)人員檢查，看是否某調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)波動(dòng)引起相關(guān)參數(shù)變化，同時(shí)將相關(guān)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)打到手動(dòng)狀態(tài)，必要時(shí)到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。如水溶液全循環(huán)裝置中，尿素合成塔壓力正常時(shí)為l9．67MPa，如果突然大范圍波動(dòng)，此時(shí)勢(shì)必引起下游的中壓系統(tǒng)、低壓系統(tǒng)壓力波動(dòng)，這種情況是由于幾個(gè)相關(guān)參數(shù)中某一參數(shù)波動(dòng)引起其他參數(shù)變化，并不是控制系統(tǒng)本身故障。
若波動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)工藝上彼此并無直接影響，則可能為微機(jī)某卡件發(fā)生故障，立即將相關(guān)自調(diào)系統(tǒng)打到手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，必要時(shí)到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，同時(shí)，通知微機(jī)及儀表人員檢查。
當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)多個(gè)自調(diào)系統(tǒng)失靈，監(jiān)控畫面上自調(diào)閥閥位在全開或全關(guān)位置，立即檢查儀表氣源壓力，若氣源壓力小于0．4MPa，則不正常，檢查氣源管道有無堵塞或漏氣現(xiàn)象；若氣源壓力小于0．2MPa，立即進(jìn)行緊急停車。將監(jiān)控畫面上的自調(diào)系統(tǒng)全部打到手動(dòng)，將調(diào)節(jié)閥閥位調(diào)到安全位置，通知儀表工檢查氣源，同時(shí)到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行操作，關(guān)閉調(diào)節(jié)閥兩端的截止閥，用旁路閥操作。
