主要機(jī)構(gòu)性能：
♦整臺(tái)機(jī)器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設(shè)計(jì)制造，整機(jī) 操作人性化設(shè)計(jì).
♦所有傳動(dòng)輥材質(zhì)均為好鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。 ♦傳動(dòng)齒輪采用好合金鋼，經(jīng)熱處理，研磨而成。 ♦主要傳動(dòng)軸采用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，保證印刷 套印精度。
♦機(jī)油自動(dòng)平衡裝罝，保持各單元油面平衡。
♦前緣式進(jìn)紙方式。
♦網(wǎng)輥；可選用金屬網(wǎng)輥或陶瓷網(wǎng)紋輥，網(wǎng)輥線數(shù)可根 據(jù)用戶要求選擇。
♦刀模輥、軟輯果用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸，通用性強(qiáng)，任何地 方可購(gòu)買(mǎi)到合適的模版及軟墊。
♦具有差速補(bǔ)償裝置，自動(dòng)跟蹤補(bǔ)償焦點(diǎn)滾筒的轉(zhuǎn)速， 保證紙箱與刀模的尺寸一致。
Performance of the main mechanisms:

♦ All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials,hard chromium plating and the surface treated by lapping finish.
♦ The drive gears adopt high quality alloy steel .after heat treatment and lapping finish.
♦ The main drive roller adopt keyless connect,decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing presicion.
♦ Lubricate oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level equal in each unit.
♦ Use sun feeder for feed the cardboard.
♦ Customer can chose use steel anilox roller or ceramic roller,the lines of the anilox roller ac so can be chosed accord the customer use
♦ The die cutting roller and rubber anvil roller are designed according to the international standard. Convenient for client to purchase the wooden die and rubber anvil cover.
♦ Speed compensation system, this system can ensure rubber anvil cylinder running at the exact same speed with the die cylinder when the rubber anvil cylinder's diameter becomes smaller after long time using.
