輸紙部：Paper Delivery Department:

輸紙皮帶采用日本倪塔品牌及耐用牛筋皮帶，可按產(chǎn)品需求選擇,UV產(chǎn)品多的，可選擇日本尼塔皮帶，解決輸紙不順暢的問題。底部皮帶真空吸附輸紙，伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動，可多種輸紙模式切換。

The paper conveying belt adopts the Japanese Nita brａnd and durable beef tendon belts, which can be selected according to product needs. If there are many UV products, you can choose Japanese Nita belts to solve the problem of uneven paper conveying. The bottom belt vacuum absorbs the paper and is driven by a servo motor, which can switch multiple paper feeding modes.

定位部：Positioning Department：

貼膜部：Film Department：

送膜采用伺服電機(jī)傳送及滾筒吸附連續(xù)式粘貼，相比傳統(tǒng)間歇式粘貼具有貼合速度快，精度高，對薄膜要求低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

收紙臺：Delivery station：

收紙臺采用單獨(dú)步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制皮帶運(yùn)行，疊紙間距可整體或分段調(diào)節(jié)，多段速運(yùn)行。可連續(xù)，停頓，點(diǎn)數(shù)靈活運(yùn)用。進(jìn)口柔軟適中皮帶輸送可避免壓傷產(chǎn)品，層迭式整齊收紙，確保質(zhì)量,提高收紙效率。

整機(jī)采用PLC程序控制，各種電氣元件、檢測開關(guān)均采用日本、中國臺灣、法國、德國等公司產(chǎn)品。
