The equipement is a new and full computer control system, it is a high-speed production line, uses of advanced technology from abroad, in the operation, the computer system monitoring the whole production. Windows can be opened automatically，no fold.

1.速度每分鐘100--200片，操作只需一人。

The production speed is 100-200 pieces/minute, only needs one operator.

2.采用歐姆龍伺服電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合我司長(zhǎng)期理論于實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)編排軟件程序。設(shè)備運(yùn)行中結(jié)合自動(dòng)相位，前后位置自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)藥帶產(chǎn)品的中心位置。

The machine uses of Omron servo motor control system, Based on our long-term theory and practical experience, the software program is programmed. Combined with automatic phase during operation, the pad position can automatically adjust.

3.模具選用粉末高速鋼為材質(zhì)，加工執(zhí)dao。設(shè)備在更換產(chǎn)品規(guī)格時(shí)只需20分鐘，dao具安裝好后，只需在電腦上輸入需要的規(guī)格，即可正常生產(chǎn)。

Change the mould only needs 20 minutes, after cutter installed, input the size which needed on computer touch screen, and then continue production as usual.

4.各個(gè)原材料防卷裝置，采用磁粉制動(dòng)，和磁粉離合自動(dòng)恒張力控制系統(tǒng)，保證設(shè)備在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中的穩(wěn)定性，

Each raw material unwinding and winding device.Uses of magnetic powder brake, and magnetic powder clutch automatic constant tension control system, ensure the equipment running at the high speed stability.
