有些時候我們，我們直接根據(jù)激光電源的輸入額定功率減去激光器的輸出功率來確定激光冷水機的制冷量。激光之所以不會融化生產(chǎn)的塑料，是因為激光設置好了參數(shù)，使得上層塑料工件不吸收，下層塑料工件吸收，從而實現(xiàn)焊接。這種激光的維持，需要配置穩(wěn)定性高的激光冷水機進行冷卻：冷水機穩(wěn)定制冷，激光穩(wěn)定出光，從而達到設定的、的半導體激光焊接效果。
