用途與特點(diǎn)：

*吸附前緣送紙系統(tǒng)，操作簡(jiǎn)單，精度高。

安裝7英寸真彩觸摸屏，可以預(yù)置200組訂單、訂單查詢、零位訂單輸入、整機(jī)同步歸零、相位自動(dòng)/手動(dòng)調(diào)整、機(jī)器參數(shù)管理、抬落版勻墨手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)控制、自動(dòng)顯示生產(chǎn)數(shù)量和生產(chǎn)速度以及設(shè)置生產(chǎn)數(shù)量。

所有傳動(dòng)輥材質(zhì)均為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。傳動(dòng)齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼，經(jīng)熱處理，研磨而成間隙調(diào)整采用高精度蝸輪箱自鎖調(diào)整、并配有三桿圓盤(pán)手柄座，方便快捷。

開(kāi)槽部采用電動(dòng)控制調(diào)整各刀座軸向、縱向和箱高尺寸。

模切速差補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)，凸輪式軟輥橫向游動(dòng)40mm，腳墊磨損均勻，提高膠墊利用率，降低使用成本。

送紙部
