- 進口旋塞閥概述
旋塞閥用帶通孔的塞體作為啟閉件的閥門。塞體隨閥桿轉動，以實現啟閉動作。通過旋轉90度使閥塞上的通道口與閥體上的通道口相同或分開，實現開啟或關閉的一種閥門。小型無填料的旋塞閥又稱為“考克”。旋塞閥的塞體多為圓錐體（也有圓柱體），與閥體的圓錐孔面配合組成密封副。旋塞閥是使用zui早的一種閥門，結構簡單、開關迅速、流體阻力小。普通旋塞閥靠精加工的金屬塞體與閥體間的直接接觸來密封，所以密封性較差，啟閉力大，容易磨損，通常只能用于低（不高于1兆帕）和小口徑（小于100毫米）的場合。為了擴大旋塞閥的應用范圍，已研制出許多新型結構。油潤滑旋塞閥是zui重要的一種（見圖[油潤滑旋塞閥]）。特制的潤滑脂從塞體頂端注入閥體錐孔與塞體之間，形成油膜以減小啟閉力矩，提高密封性和使用壽命。它的工作壓力可達64兆帕，zui高工作溫度可達325℃,zui大口徑可達600毫米。旋塞閥的通道有多種形式。常見的直通式主要用于截斷流體。三通和四通式旋塞閥適用于流體換向。
旋塞閥的啟閉件是一個有孔的圓柱體，繞垂直于通道的軸線旋轉，從而達到啟閉通道的目的。旋塞閥主要供開啟和關閉管道和設備介質之用。

旋塞閥安裝與維護應注意以下事項：
1、要留有閥柄旋轉的位置
2、不能用作節(jié)流。
3、帶傳動機構的球閥應直立安裝。
