BD-450 One-off Automatic Plastic cups Packing Machine
一次性全自動塑料杯包裝機
Main Feature
- 1. this machine is with PLC program control, with function of stacking, counting, bag/film sealing & cutting. （ customer can order date printing machine also）
- 2. The main parts used in this machine are with high quality, international brand for pneumatic element, PLC and frequency inverter.
- 3. machine with stable running, easy operation features, double frequency inverter control, bag length cutting at random, temperature control by PID, convenient for all kinds of material bag/film.
- 4. cup counter is with double servo motor, double way counting, which makes output higher.
- 5. production speed is adjustable, cup counting range is from1-100.
主要特點
1、本機采用PLC程序化自動循環(huán)動作控制，具有堆垛、點數(shù)、進料裹膜封切、分料等功能。（另可配自動添碼機，日期打碼機）
2、所有重要零部件均選用高標準配套件，氣動元件PLC及終端變頻器等電器均選用。
3、主機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，性能穩(wěn)定，操作簡單，雙變頻控制。袋長即設(shè)即切，無需調(diào)節(jié)空走，一步到位，省時省膜。定位停機功能，不粘刀、不費膜，溫度獨立PID控制，更好適合各種材質(zhì)包膜。
4、點杯機采用雙伺服，雙向點數(shù)，提高包袋速度。
5、生產(chǎn)速度可調(diào)，點杯可選1—100個杯子，以達到*包裝效果。
