38CRNOALA合金鋼，經(jīng)氮化處理和精密加工而成，硬度高，經(jīng)久耐用。溫控采用*自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)，T型模具采用多點(diǎn)調(diào)節(jié)，使膜料厚度更加均勻。冷卻裝置采用循環(huán)水冷卻，冷卻效果好。卷取裝置采用摩擦式卷取，并配有切邊裝置及邊料往返收卷機(jī)構(gòu)，使卷取的薄膜更為整齊。
