二、整機總動力約55kw。
三、有軸支架、無軸支架兩種，供客戶選擇。
四、瓦裱機：瓦楞輥直徑240mm-320mm，采用電磁調(diào)速電機。
五、二次涂膠機：調(diào)整方便，涂膠均勻。
六、烘干機：總長度7.8米，由9-13塊加熱板組成。
七、定型部分：由若干對成型軸組成，總長度約3.8-5米。
八、縱、橫切機：根據(jù)用戶要求可選裝超薄刀機和普通刀機兩種，自動化程度高，操作簡便。
九、鍋爐屬無壓節(jié)能型，燃煤能耗約50kg/小時。本機升溫從0℃至開機溫度不超過1小時，油料基本沒有消耗。

9. Boiler: consumption of cad: 50kg/h , conventional pressure, almost no oil consumption as temperature raised from 0℃ to working temperature in a hour.

● 瓦楞形狀為通用UV形經(jīng)精心設(shè)計，縮紙率低，壓制出的紙板質(zhì)量好， 強度高。
● 采用進口精密機床，*的成型磨削和電腦分度工藝，楞型尺寸精度符合 國家標準。
● 楞齒表面經(jīng)中頻淬火處理，上瓦楞輥有中高，呈腰鼓形，使用壽命長。
