XR-UV系列試驗箱可以模擬由陽光、雨水和露水成的危害， UV利用螢光紫外（UV）燈模擬陽光照射的效果，利用冷擬濕氣模擬雨水和露骨水，被測試材料放至一定溫度下的光照和潮氣交替的循環(huán)程序中進行測試。UV用數(shù)天或數(shù)周的事實件即可重現(xiàn)戶外數(shù)月至數(shù)年出的危害。危害類型包括：褪色、變色、失光、粉光、開裂、渾濁、氣泡、脆變、強度、衰退和氧化。UV試驗數(shù)據(jù)可以幫助您選擇新材料，以及評估配方的變化如何影響新產(chǎn)品的耐久性。在材料置于戶外時的變化趨勢上，XR- UV可以給出的相關(guān)預(yù)測結(jié)果。
The XU-UV simulates the effect of sunlight with fluorescent ultraviolet （UV）lamps,while it simulates,rain and dew with condensing hmidity or water spray .in a few days or weeks,the UV can reproduce the damage that occurs over months or years outdoors.Types of damage include fading,color change ,chalking,cracking crazing ,embrittlement,strength loss ……etc The test data can help in the selection of new materials ,the improvement of existing materials or the evalubtion of how changes in for mulations affect product durability.
試驗樣品固定裝置于試驗架上，面對熒光燈當(dāng)試樣未將樣品架填滿時，則需用黑板將樣品架填滿，保持試驗箱內(nèi)壁封閉。
試驗溫度。光照時可采用50、60、70℃三種溫度，優(yōu)先*采用60℃；冷凝段溫度為50℃，溫度的容差均勻度為±3℃。
光照各冷凝的周期可選擇4H光照、4H冷凝或8H光照、4H冷凝兩種循環(huán)。在*次光照400～450H后，每排燈管需更換一支熒光燈，其它燈管按照燈循環(huán)和替換方式來補償燈管老化造成的損失。這樣的運行模式確保每支燈管的使用壽命在1600～1800H。在更換燈管時，應(yīng)擦干盛水盤和進行清潔，避免形成水垢。
