Automatic Rigid Box marker is a good equipment for making high-grade boxes because it is characterized by fine design，reliable performances and advanced technologies. It employs PLC, photoelectric detector system, hydraulic system, HMI to automatically finish feeding and gluing paper, conveying cardboard，forming and gluing four angles of cardboard，positioning and forming box in one time. It is applicable to make high-grade boxes for shoes，shirts，jewelry, gifts, etc
特點(diǎn)：
1、面紙全自動(dòng)飛達(dá)輸送部分。
2、熱熔膠自動(dòng)循環(huán)、覺拌、上膠 系統(tǒng)。(可選配膠水濃度自動(dòng)控 制裝置)
3、熱熔膠紙 帶自動(dòng)輸送、分切裝 置．一次性完成紙板內(nèi)盒四角 貼角作業(yè)。
4、輸送帶下方設(shè)有直空吸風(fēng)機(jī)控 制過(guò)膠面紙不會(huì)發(fā)生相對(duì)偏移
5、過(guò)膠面紙與紙板內(nèi)盒采用液壓 糾偏裝置，定位貼臺(tái)。
6、紙盒成型部根據(jù)輸送帶上方的 紙盒輸送情況，自動(dòng)收取紙盒 到成型部．
