這是一臺(tái)集成整盤上料模塊、涂膠、光照裝盤模塊的全流程膠輥磨礪后的多功能膠輥處理系統(tǒng)。
從整盤待處理膠輥?zhàn)詣?dòng)上料-涂膠-UV光照-裝盤。涂膠光照裝盤模塊可根據(jù)用戶要求減少功能以提高性價(jià)比。
涂膠部分在涂前配置了滾刷清潔（帶1.1KW強(qiáng)吸負(fù)壓風(fēng)機(jī)排塵)，可控溫的預(yù)加熱裝置，光照采用長(zhǎng)壽命（10000以上小時(shí)LED365波段UV平行光源）
特別適用紡紗廠對(duì)膠輥磨后輕涂輕照的新工藝方案。
該設(shè)備為用戶限度地減少流程工序的人力資源的減少和整合。
This is a multifunctional roller handling system that integrates
the whole plate feeding module, gluing module and light loading module.
From the whole plate to be processed roller automatic feeding - glue -UV light - plate loading.
The adhesive light mounting module can reduce the functions
according to user requirements to improve the cost performance.
The gluing part is equipped with rolling brush cleaning (with 1.1KW strong suction
negative pressure fan to exhaust dust), pre-heating device with controlled temperature,
lighting with long life (more than
10,000 hours LED365-bａnd UV parallel light source).
It is especially suitable for the new process scheme of light coating and
light shining of rubber rolls after grinding in spinning mill. The equipment
minimizes the human resource reduction and integration of
the process processes for the user.
