刮刀下部卸料離心機(jī)為立式全自動過濾離心機(jī)。電機(jī)通過皮帶驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，待分離的物料在預(yù)先編制的程序控制下，通過進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。

在離心力場的作用下，物料通過過濾介質(zhì)(濾布/濾網(wǎng))的過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出機(jī)外，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。物料檢測裝置實(shí)時檢測物料充填位置，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時，停止進(jìn)料。然后對濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌、甩干。濾餅達(dá)到脫液要求后，離心機(jī)降低到刮料速度，刮刀裝置在液(氣)動控制下將濾餅刮下，并經(jīng)離心機(jī)下部的出料口排出。

The scraper device will scrape the filter cake under the control of liquid (gas) and discharge it through the discharge port at the bottom of the centrifuge.
