燙壓方法 Hot pressing method

1、燙印前把溫度時間調(diào)好，溫度設置在145度，壓燙時間15秒，壓力5KG左右。

2、燙印圖案前先把需燙的衣服先壓燙一下，看看會不會冒熱氣，因怕衣服受潮把圖案 燙上去影響產(chǎn)品的牢度。

3、燙印后的圖案還是熱時就不應去拉動圖案。

4、熨燙或水洗洗，如有局部未燙牢跡像，可將轉(zhuǎn)移紙覆蓋在圖像上，重新熨燙粘接，切勿 用熨斗直接熨燙轉(zhuǎn)印部分。

5、不能使用蒸，水汽會影響轉(zhuǎn)印效果。建議使用平板燙畫機燙印。若使用專業(yè)燙畫機，溫度設定在145度，時間約15秒（時間視物料而定）。
