主要用途：

該系列聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)組分洗瓶、灌裝與熱封三個(gè)工作區(qū)、可自動(dòng)完成離子風(fēng)氣洗、(灌裝前充氮)、管道式計(jì)量灌裝、(灌裝后充氮)、理蓋、輸蓋、加熱、焊蓋接口等工序，主要適用于制藥企業(yè)科研塑料瓶(BOPP瓶或非瓶非袋軟瓶)大輸液的生產(chǎn)。

Main Applications：

Linkage machine of this kind mainly includes three operation areas, namely, bottle-washing area, filling area. It can automatically complete such procedures as ion gas washing, (nitrogen filling before bottle filling), measuring filling, (nitrogen filling after bottle filling), lid arrangement, lid holding, heating, lid welding. It is mainly applied to the production of medical plastic bottles (BOPP bottles or soft bottles) in the pharmaceutical enterprises.

性能特點(diǎn)：

洗瓶、灌裝與焊蓋三工位集合于一體，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小。
機(jī)械手夾持瓶頸定位交接，絕不擦傷瓶身及瓶底。規(guī)格調(diào)整極為方便，稍作高度調(diào)整即可，無(wú)須更換規(guī)格件。
的氣動(dòng)進(jìn)瓶裝置，地解決了與吹瓶的聯(lián)線。
采用的離子氣加真空跟蹤洗瓶方式，大大節(jié)約了能耗，保證了洗瓶的潔凈度。
采用氣動(dòng)隔膜閥(或氣動(dòng)夾管閥)控制灌裝時(shí)間，保證計(jì)量精確，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)瓶不灌裝，可在線清洗、消毒。
的熱熔焊封口技術(shù)，瓶蓋與瓶口加熱溫度可控可調(diào)。對(duì)中準(zhǔn)確，受力均勻，可靠地保證的封口后的質(zhì)量。
具有缺瓶不送蓋、無(wú)瓶無(wú)蓋不加熱等自動(dòng)控制功能。

Performance characteristics：

Pneumatic diaphragm valve (or pneumatic pinch valve) is adopted to control the filling time so as to ensure the accurate measuring. No filling without bottle is realized. Washing bottle is realized. Washing and disinfections are available during the operation of the machine.
The unique heat-melting and lid-sealing technology is adopted and the heating temperature of bottle lid and bottle top can be controlled and adjusted. The accurate alignment and even force can realignment and even force can reliably guarantee the sealing quality.
