用途與簡介/Brief Introduction：

本生產(chǎn)線由全自動理瓶機、灌裝旋（軋）蓋機、立式貼標機組成，可完成理瓶、灌裝、旋（軋）蓋、貼標打碼等工序，主要用于噴霧劑溶液的聯(lián)線生產(chǎn).廣泛應用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)。符合GMP要求.

This filling line is consisted of the Autpmatic Bottle Unscrambler,/Filling & Capping Machine and Vertical Labeling Machine. It can do Unscrambling bottle,filling,capping and labeling,be,mainly be used in the spray liquid filling production. Meet the GMP requirements.

特點/Characteristic：

◆理瓶機系更新設計，取代手工，符合GMP規(guī)范。

It’s a newly designed equipment, in place of handwork, comply with GMP standard.

◆直線式或圓盤定位式灌裝旋（軋）蓋機操作便捷、灌裝精準、可選擇不同的生產(chǎn)速度。

Filling & Capping Machine with trait of precise metering, easy operation, and productivity is optional.

◆立式貼標機采用PLC及步進電機控制，貼標精準，效率高，有熱打碼。

Vertical Labeling Machine controlled by PLC and stepping motor, precise labeling, high efficiency, with hot Coding。
