吸入過(guò)程:初始狀態(tài)時(shí),驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪和從動(dòng)齒輪之間存在一個(gè)空隙。當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),空隙區(qū)域逐漸增大,由于泵體進(jìn)口處的液體壓力高于空隙內(nèi)的壓力,液體被吸入齒輪間的空隙中,并填滿驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪和從動(dòng)齒輪的空隙,從進(jìn)口處流入空隙中。
推出過(guò)程:當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪和從動(dòng)齒輪開始接觸時(shí),泵腔的容積逐漸減小,液體被推入泵體的出口處,并流出齒輪間的空隙。
循環(huán)過(guò)程:齒輪持續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),循環(huán)進(jìn)行吸入和推出過(guò)程。通過(guò)這種循環(huán)過(guò)程,齒輪泵能夠穩(wěn)定輸出液體,實(shí)現(xiàn)流體的傳輸。
