GD6-200C給袋式包裝機
本機是在消化和吸取國內外同類產品的經驗的基礎上，研制出的新一代產品。它應用廣泛，適用于各種物料的包裝。通過與液體灌裝機、組合秤、螺桿秤等配套使用，可進行液體、粉劑、顆粒、固體等各種物料的包裝，只需根據不同的物料選擇不同計量充填裝置即可。該機采用了國際品牌的PLC控制系統和觸摸屏的操作系統，使用變頻調速裝置,在規(guī)定范圍內可隨意調節(jié)速度;具有自動檢測功能(如不開袋或開袋不完整時,不加料,不熱封,袋子可再次利用。);當工作氣壓或加熱管故障時,將有報警提示。根據生產需要可選擇工位要求（如六工位，八工位）。本機與物料接觸部位均采用優(yōu)質不銹鋼制作。本機符合GMP要求。

It is widely used for packing various kinds of materials. Assorted with liquid filling device, combination weigher, screw scale, it can pack different materials like liquid, powder, granular, solid and so on.
Using the famous brａnd PLC and touch screen, it is easy to operate. Frequency control device can adjust the speed optionally in the suitable limit. IF the bag is not opened enough, the automatic detection function will not fill and seal and reuse the bags. It can alarm when the working air pressure and heating pipe have breakdown. According to the capacity, you can choose different working positions like six and eight.
