3.上模采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金制造,傳熱速度快且平均并配合四個數(shù)字式溫度控制器,溫度更為準確率下模采用侗服馬達驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn),旋轉(zhuǎn)定位更精確。
4.三下模旋轉(zhuǎn)設計，可同時進行壓設、冷卻定型、擺料三步操作，大大提高工作效率。
5.采用冷水機冷卻壓燙后的裁片，達到壓燙效果。
6.優(yōu)化設計,采用增壓缸(重壓)，加壓壓力大生產(chǎn)效率高，質(zhì)量好，操作簡單高靈敏度電眼感應系統(tǒng)，提高操作者的安全。
