一、用途：
1.5GCJ-5 型單吸多級(jí)分段式離心泵，供輸送 110 ℃以下的清水及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的液體，適用于鍋爐給水、工廠和城市給水等。
1.5 ——吸水口直徑（毫米）被 25 除得值并化整
G ——鍋爐給水泵
C ——表示泵的種類
J ——機(jī)械密封式
5 ——縮小為 1/10 泵的比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。即泵的比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)為 50
6 ——葉輪的數(shù)量
General Description
Type 1.5GCJ pump is centrigugal pumps of single suction and multi-stage segmental type which can be used to transport clean water and liquids with physical and chemical nature similar to water.The liquid temperature is not higher than 110 ℃ .It is suitable for water feeding to boilers,ａnd water supplying to factories and cities.
Designation of 1.5GCJ — 5 × 6
1.5 —— Suction diameter(mm)divided by 25 , and then change the Value into integer
G —— Boiler feed pump
C —— Indicating type of te pump
J —— Mechanical seals
5 —— Specific speed divided by 10 (i.e.the specific speed of the pump is 50)
6 —— Number of impellers

結(jié) 構(gòu) 說 明 Construction
泵的進(jìn)出口方向均垂直向上，為根據(jù)所需揚(yáng)程選用不同級(jí)數(shù)。
泵的定子部分由進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段、尾蓋和軸承體等零件組成。
泵的轉(zhuǎn)子部分由軸、葉輪、軸套和平衡盤等零件組成，兩端支撐在滾珠軸承上。
泵的進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段靜止結(jié)合面采用紙墊通過緊螺栓的拉緊來達(dá)到密封。為防止水進(jìn)入軸承、在軸套間裝有“○"形密封圈。泵體兩端軸封采用機(jī)械密封。
泵兩端軸承體有環(huán)形冷卻室。當(dāng)被輸送液體大于 80 ℃時(shí)，應(yīng)通入冷水，對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行冷卻。
軸承內(nèi)的鈣基黃油潤滑脂可通過油杯注入。
從進(jìn)水段方向看，泵為順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
The directions of suction and discharge of the pump are all vertical and upward .with different stages selected according to the needed head.
Stator of the pump is composed of suction casing .mid-segment.discharge casing .end cover and bearing body.
Rotor of the pump is composed of shaft.impellers.sleeves,ａnd balancing disk,The two ends are supported by the ball-bearings
Paper gaskets are used on the contacting surfaces between the suction casing.mid-segment and discharge casing of the pump.They are sealed by tightening the bolts. ○ -rings are mounted on the interfaces between the sleeves to prevent water from entering the bearnjngs. ○ ilimmersed machine is sealing at the two ends the pump.
There are water cooling jackets around the bearing housings.when the temperature of liquid is higher than 80 ℃ ,Cooling water should be turned on to cool the bernings.
Calcium grease lubricant is firled into the bearing thrugh oil-cups.
Viewing from the direction of the suction casing .the pump is rotating clockwise
